By accessing or using grabzaza.co, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of this Site is intended for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Grabzaza for commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe a user is in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may browse portions of our Site without registering. However, to place an order, save preferences, or access exclusive member benefits, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information as needed to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Grabzaza cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, exploit promotions, or for any other reason is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts without notice.

We work hard to ensure that every product listing on grabzaza.co is accurate, detailed, and honest. Product images, dimensions, materials, and descriptions are provided in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee that colors will render identically on all screens, or that every detail will be free of typographical error. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us and we will make it right.

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched to our fulfillment team.

All prices displayed on grabzaza.co are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local or national government.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options where available. All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Grabzaza does not store your full card details on our servers.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment information and try again, or contact your financial institution. Grabzaza is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft charges, or other costs related to failed payment attempts.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working to expand our shipping reach and will update these Terms accordingly when international shipping becomes available.

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery windows may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses arising from late delivery.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Grabzaza’s responsibility for the physical condition of the package transfers accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer packaging, any damage, and the packing slip. Claims submitted outside this window may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction is the foundation of what we do. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Items returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error

• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Digital or downloadable products
• Items returned after 30 days without prior written authorization

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

All content on grabzaza.co — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photography, product descriptions, design elements, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of Grabzaza or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. This license does not include the right to resell or commercially use any content from the Site, collect product listings for the benefit of another merchant, or download or copy account information for any third party.

The Grabzaza name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Grabzaza. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate trademark law and these Terms.

When using grabzaza.co, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Using the Site to transmit spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, databases, or other accounts
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Site using automated tools without written permission
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security-related features of the Site
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Using another person’s account or purchasing credentials without their express consent
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or server infrastructure
• Reselling products purchased on Grabzaza without prior written authorization

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of all pending orders, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where required.

The Site and all content, products, and services offered through grabzaza.co are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grabzaza disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free; that the results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable; that the Site or any servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grabzaza and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, any products or services purchased, or any unauthorized access to your data.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid to Grabzaza in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grabzaza, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the Site, your violation of any third-party right, or any content you submit or transmit through the Site. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you share with us when you use grabzaza.co. By using our Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and orders. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at [email protected].

If you opt in to our SMS program, Grabzaza may send you transactional and promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us at least 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you and Grabzaza agree to resolve any claims through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of grabzaza.co following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available at grabzaza.co/terms-of-service.
